iColasoft, LLC ("we", "us", or "our") built Gift Xchanger as a commercial application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use our app.

We use Firebase Crashlytics (provided by Google) to collect anonymous crash reports. These reports help us identify and fix bugs. Crash reports may include device state information, but do not contain personally identifiable information.
Gift Xchanger Pro subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, process, or store any payment information. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for details on how Apple handles your purchase data.
All participant data (names, history, exclusions) is stored only on your device. You can delete this data at any time by using the Reset function in the app or by deleting the app from your device.
Gift Xchanger does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app does not require any personal information to function.
