By downloading or using Gift Xchanger, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Use of the App

Gift Xchanger is a utility app for organizing gift exchange events. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. The app randomly assigns gift recipients and provides tools for managing exchange groups.

Gift Xchanger Pro Subscription

Gift Xchanger offers an optional auto-renewable subscription ("Gift Xchanger Pro") that unlocks additional features including alternate app icons, exclusion rules, unlimited exchange history, anti-repeat logic, image card sharing, and PDF export.

Subscription Terms

• Price: $4.99 per year (USD). Pricing may vary by region.
• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Renewal charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• Managing your subscription: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Free trial: If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Intellectual Property

Gift Xchanger, including its design, graphics, and content, is owned by iColasoft, LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Gift Xchanger is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. The randomization results are generated algorithmically and we are not responsible for any outcomes of gift exchanges organized using the app.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iColasoft, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Apple's Standard EULA

This agreement is supplemental to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple EULA), which also applies to your use of Gift Xchanger.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
