How many names do I need to start?
You need at least three participants to randomize a gift exchange.
Can I prevent certain people from being matched?
Yes! With Gift Xchanger Pro, you can set exclusion rules so specific people won't be assigned to each other (e.g., spouses).
How do I restore my Pro subscription?
Open the app, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID and will be restored automatically.
Is my data private?
Absolutely. All names and exchange data stay on your device. We never upload participant names to any server. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device to manage or cancel.
Gift Xchanger requires iOS 17.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone and iPad.
